Honest. Hard working. Great Value.First time here and couldn’t be more impressed with the service and transparency. Second hand Ute with 300k on the clock, they talked me down from the advice of the pre purchase mechanic; getting that balance right of spending cash on maintaining a reliable car whilst keeping money in your back pocket for next service.Jeremi knocked off over two hours of labour due to change out required which was flagged as a possibility when I first rang up by both Gen & Kat beforehand. We argued about price when I picked up the car as I was undercharged and happy to pay for work that was done (and I could see the work). Refreshing experience considering some of the shonky trades and particularly service centres out there that ruin the industry with horror stories; Omega just aren’t this and will therefore get my local support henceforth.

We recently bought a secondhand Subaru Forrester and the DFP light kept coming on despite the previous owners advise to run the motor at a certain speed, in a certain gear to burn off soot. It didn't work so I took the car to Omega and Jeremy knew exactly how to fix the problem. Initial soot accumulation was 117% (yes I know, over 100 doesn't make sense but it was cloggity clogged) I have the diagnostic report to prove it. They applied a two stage flushing and now the soot accumulation ratio is 0%. The light has not come on since, so problem solved. Work carried out 6 weeks ago.
